The staff were amazing and helpful and kind

There were lots of stains on the sheets and duvet cover.

The room was spacious and the carpet was soft to walk on.

This was not in bukit bintang , it was further "away from the action" The swimming pool is in separate building.

Great room size. Comfortable bed. Great staff

Parking was terrible. Lot often full forcing you to park in an elevated garage with zero room for error.

My hotel room was not open he same, which I seen at booking time.

Nothing really, except on weekends Sat and Sun, it may be a little noisy at night due - but nothing that blocks you from enjoying a good sleep.

Let me write what I don't like

The carpet inside the room ouside are dirty. Permenent stain all over. The Hilton name is comprised. My stay at various Hiltons were always memorable. Especiallt Doha, Qatar. This one is the worse. Just changing the carpet or a deep cleaning will do lot of good.

Overall only the location, but when you compare the value price on the same road less Expensive but has great facilities, Honesty my two nights stay here is compares with 3 nights in other hotel on the same road

Unfortunately Overall has NOT a great stay and I was book only for the name of Hilton but it was not the real Hilton and I was lucky that I have not book for more days and was stay here for two nights and I was really NOT sleep well, because more noisy, NOT has standard cleaning and really need upgrade, even all hotel has old school TV and has only local channels which not really make sense and also front desk communication and follow up was not back with the customer

Excellent value for money with comfortable rooms and a very convenient location. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the stay was very quiet. Overall, an affordable option that fully meets Hilton standards.

I loved everything about this hotel. The amazing staff, the breakfast selections, the clean and comfortable room, the coin laundry room, the rooftop bar at the South Wing, the pool, the gym, the location of the hotel, everything! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great location, overall comfortable hotel room. Friendly staff. Good view of the twin towers.

Air conditioning was too cold (even when set to 27 deg and heat). Without air conditioning the room gets too warm. Lots of stains on the carpet.

A bit disappointed

It is quite old and felt below of usual hilton standards. For one night my neighbor was way too loud, slamming the doors and screaming.

The washroom was clean, towels and beds were good.

The facility is not clean many things need to renovate Elevator takes long time, one time electricity down at time we are inside.I found nail pics from previous customers at first fay, I complained ask for clean the room again but I came back to find it at the same place Bed sheet was not clean towels as wellVery poor tv channel
